Custom Solderless Strat O Tele wiring harness.  Bourns pots , 4 way Switch with Neck and Bridge on the 4 way giving standard Tele settings 1 Neck and Bridge series 2 Neck 3 Neck and Bridge parallel 4 Bridge they also have their own Volume 250k with a treble bleed circuit.

  Tone pot is a push pull with a .047 tropical fish capacitor, when pulled up its a half out of phase setting on positions 1 and 3 . Middle pickup has it's own volume with treble bleed circuit it can be blended in on any setting on the switch even out of phase giving some unique settings.

All wired to 57 ground plate requires no soldering even for the jack . Comes with instructions. This is compatible with any brand of pickups except active pickups.
