These were tested and sold by Ken at JBL-authorized Upland Loudspeaker Service in 2015. They have been in a private collector's home in West Los Angeles since then.Tested again just before this auction.

These are special. They are an early version before the passive 2nd woofer was used. I prefer this version, but not many get to hear it because it's less common than the "dual" passive-woofer C50.
