My Granndmother's name is written in pencil on the front cover.  The music is in very good condition. Originally recorded by Les Paul and Mary Ford on Capitol Record No. 2316.  The paper is still crisp and the corners sharp.  Cords are shown for guitar or ukulele use.  Sheet size is 12 X 9.
