They are new but they are in-store item and it’s possible that somebody tried them on inside the store.

Please remember that these boots are made from the natural materials. Due to the unique nature of the fur, some color, luster, hair direction and texture variation may occur. Those are the natural characteristics of the fur which lends to its inherent beauty. In addition, these boots were stored inside their shoebox for a long enough time. So, the direction of the fur’s hairs is messed up, but we think that it will be improved after couple weeks of wear, mostly in a slightly wet weather.

That could cause tiny exterior imperfections or marks on outsoles that are invisible when you wear them.

They are new, in great condition, but because of it  we are stating them as a “NEW IN BOX  - WITH DEFECTS ITEM”.
