Hammond Console Organ Adapter

This is an adapter to hook your M L or H series Hammond organ to one of our Leslie controllers, or any other "line level" amplifier.

These amplifiers famously had no preamp out.  When used with a Leslie (like the 147 6W type) the Leslie had a "console resistor" so that you could take the speaker ouput and use it as the preamp input.  This is a high watt resistor that simulates the load of the speaker.  Our adapter also has an L-pad attenuator, so that you can keep the organ volume up and control how "hot" the output to the amplifer.  This can be use with a 6H, 9 pin or 11 pin Leslie, as well as to plug the organ's output into a more powerful guitar amp or mini mixer.

Any questions feel free to ask.

There are demos of our porducts on Youtube on the account "Vintkey" (Vintage Keyboard Repair of New England) but ebay doesn't let me post them here, so go have a look.

Thanks for your interest!

Why Fishsticks?!?

Um... There are a few reasons. I have a 1984 Mercedes diesel that I converted to run on waste veggie oil, that kinds smells like fishsticks, so I first named that Dr. Fishsticks. I wanted to choose a name for these controllers that would let you know that I'm not one of those way to uptight, grumpy, Hammond organ guys, that I am a guy in my converted garage workshop making this stuff for you. I don't have a clear coat on my online presence pretending to be a big operation, I'm a one-man operation, and proud of it. I am a piano technician, a tube amp and Hammond/Leslie repair man, and a player, and have been for 15 years.   Also, I like fishsticks.
