Many, many years ago, Eisaku Noro took a leap of faith. Trusting his experience and knowledge, his instincts and determination, he envisioned creating a yarn like no other. So many exuberant entrepreneurial moments like this end without success, but not this one. We can only imagine how hard Mr. Noro worked to market a yarn so overtly individual and carve a growing niche in a hand-knitting market dominated by single-color balls and skeins

"Noro" knitting magazine is a bi yearly magazine which Includes up to 36 designs in each issue, a combination of new projects and the most popular from past collections. There are also interviews with other designers, workshops and inspirational features.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  
Buyer must contact Yarnbow within two weeks of receiving item for any return inquiries. Returns must be in original condition they are shipped in and with no sign of use. No RMA required. We only sell brand new products directly from exclusive suppliers or manufacturers. The packaging materials we use for shipping are greatly sufficient to prevent yarn from damage. Therefore please be advised that we do not refund shipping/handling fee as long as the shipped merchandise completely matches listing description(s). No returns on books and patterns.  

In order to prove the Yarnbow standards we do not withhold restocking fee from buyer. We never gain from merchandise returns but always share your disappointment and do everything possible for you to avoid wrong purchase. In case it happened, we guarantee you a hassle free return transaction.   Unless the return is because of our mistake, we will not refund shipping cost. Please note that if you received your order with Free shipping, we will charge the actual shipping cost (the amount we paid for the shipping) in case of return.   We reserve the right of not accepting the return of item that does not meet our resalable conditions requirements.
