ROY ORBISON SIGNED MONTAGE

A fantastic 24" x 18" piece of Rock 'n' Roll history with  a 10"x 8" colour  photo and book page signed by Roy Orbison from my personal collection collected Gaumont Theatre Ipswich 1967. Mounted in white gold and brown along with the Singles Collection CD and engraved plaque in vintage bronze frame. Although he died in 1988 aged 52, thus robbing the world of one of the greatest voices in pop music, acknowledged as the ultimate vocalist by everyone from Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and Bob Dylan, George HarrisonTom Petty and Jeff Lynne – who would all accompanied him in The Traveling Wilburys . He career began at Sun Records in the late 50s when he sang country and western but his ballad style evolves once he switches to Monument Records and has 22 songs chart in the Top 40. These include classics like “Only the Lonely”, “Crying” and the witty, talk and growl of “Oh, Pretty Woman.” Roy’s album sales were huge and for a period in the 1960s.  Bid with confidence I am a registered dealer #141owner of WDW Sporting Memorabilia with over 50 years experience of collecting and dealing in celebrity signatures and memorabilia.
