Payment

1.   After making your purchase through eBay, please pay within 48 hrs to finalise your order; you simply need to complete the checkout. You can do this by clicking on the 'Pay Now' button in your 'my eBay' page or clicking the checkout link that will be emailed to you after finalising your purchase. The checkout will then confirm your order, address details and the postage and handling costs.

Shipping

1.     Orders will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your payment.

2.     We usually provide standard parcel delivery, if you need an express delivery please let us know and we will provide a quote to you depend on your location. Postage may apply to rural       area for free shipping items.

3.     Before buying, Please make sure your PayPal and eBay address is correct. If not, please correct it before payment. If you want us send the item to another address, please send us a message.

4.     If you have not received your shipment within 40 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

5.     Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Return

All returns must be pre-approved by the seller on Ebay messaging. 

2.     A request must be made within 30 days of the goods being dispatched and returned with a copy of the invoice and the goods.

3.     The goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. If the item is not returned in saleable condition, you may not receive a refund.

4.     Returns will be at the buyer’s expense and may be subject to restock fees

5.   We act as a responsible seller; we are willing to actively undertake the following responsibilities: 

a. The item is lost during transit;
b. The item is damaged during transport;
c. Due to our work errors, transporting the wrong items to the buyer;
d. The item in the actual use of the process of quality problems.
