Smaller items are posted via Royal Mail (Please check the listing for postage method) and we can deliver these items to all post-codes except BFPO without additional charges.

Larger items:
We use DPD as our parcel shipper and we deliver as described (Either free or with the charge detailed on the item advertisement) to all postcodes except those detailed below.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to postcodes beginning with: AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO (I.O.W), ZE, BFPO.

All products are provided with a minimum 6-month warranty, this is for goods which become faulty but does not cover wear and tear or when the product instructions have not been followed. 

We reserve the right to repair or replace products at our discretion.
In the event of faulty or damaged products (on arrival) the item will be replaced or refunded, subject to photos being received of damaged items. 

In the event that an item is not required for any reason, we will request return of the item and a refund of the full purchase costs will be made. The cost of you the customer returning the item is non refundable. Please make sure returned items are sent on a tracked basis. We will not refund for items not received.

All claims for damaged products or refunds for any reason should be made within 14 days of the order date.
