- Shipping could be delayed on Live plants / animals, to avoid unsafe weather conditions ( heat/cold ) or to avoid delays due to national holidays or weekends.
- We ship within two business days of cleared payment.
- Hand Made orders could take over a week to build and ship.
- Live Animal / Plant orders could be delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- Standard FREE shipping takes between 3-5 business days.
- Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

We guarantee Live arrival of all orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
In case of plant / live stock arrives damaged or dead, follow the steps below to be covered under DOA Policy.
- Contact us immediately with in 24hrs of delivery.
- Send us 2 clear photos of the item once in original bag and once outside of the bag.
- Once we can verify that the item has arrived damaged / dead we will offer you a replacement or refund based on availability of the item.
