Parker 75 Cisele Fountain Pen- France, Flattop, Sterling Silver, Gold Trim & Nib

This is a sterling silver Parker 75 Cisele fountain pen with gold trim (ostensibly 9K) and a 14K gold nib (fine). The gold band that is supposed to go around the section near the nib has broken and fallen completely off. The remaining pieces are included in a small taped baggy. A few of the squares in the cisele pattern are tarnished. Besides that, the pen is in very good condition. It had previously been inked black but has been flushed and cleaned and should take a new color with no issues. See the included images for more details on the condition of this item.
