Offered here is this Antique Bent Wood Spindle Back Side Chair. It needs some repair and TLC. The chair is made of solid wood, and was once painted white, although the painted finish is very worn, and chipping off in many areas. The chair seat is split in half at the center but could easily be repaired with some wood glue. I am unsure of the age of the chair. It is an older chair with a high bent wood spindle back. The chair has widespread legs similar to a Windsor style chair. The chair is 39” tall at the back, 16.5” high at the seat, 16.5” wide at the seat, 15” deep at the seat, 15” across the leg span, and 17” deep total. This is a nice antique side chair that will be a beautiful addition to your antique collection when it is all fixed up. It will refinish beautifully and will be a great woodworking project for someone.
