APPLICATIONS
For the air intake manifold, air flow sensor, inlet valves and EGR valve of petrol
engines.
DIRECTIONS
Cleaning of air intake manifold, air flow sensor, inlet valves and EGR-valve
Warm up engine.
With warm engine, open the air filter housing and remove the air filter from the air
intake system.
Run engine up to 2,000rpm and keep engine on ± 1500rpm.
Make sure the spray nozzle is directed into the air intake manifold.
Spray with short bursts of maximum 1 second each.
Rpm will drop during spraying. Allow the revs to pick back up before resuming.
If necessary, actuate the throttle to avoid stalling.
Let the engine idle for a few minutes with occasional throttle actuations, but do not exceed 3,000rpm.
Continue until the 150ml aerosol is consumed.
Leave the engine running for at least one minute after the last acceleration.
Stop the engine. Put filter back in place.
Usage
Every 15,000km on low mileage cars.
On high mileage cars, it is possible a second treatment is needed to fully clean the
intake system and EGR valve.
NOTE
Do not exceed 3,000rpm during treatment.
Do not spray on painted surfaces.
In such case,
immediately rinse with water to prevent damage.
Carefully follow directions.
