Bought at an estate sale. The hanger is a wire that was made into the back of the plaque.  Was hanging on the wall when I bought it. 

* This does have numerous imperfections in both chipped paint and plaster.  I have not attempted to repaint anything and kept it in original condition. Please see pictures for examples of these areas of imperfection. Still a nice collectible piece.
