Banknote Grade Definitions:
Good
A heavily circulated
note with characteristics similar to Very Good except with more pronounced
soiling and considerable wear and tear. Corners of the note may also be
missing.
Very Good
An obviously
well-circulated bank note with much creasing, folding and wrinkling noticeable.
Note may be dirty, and corners may show much wear and rounding, and some tears
may be present, though no pieces of the note should be missing.
Fine
Considerable
circulation is apparent, with creases, folds and wrinkles visible, and most, if
not all, of the crispness is gone. Edges show evidence of circulation, and
there may be slight tears. Some fading of color noticeable, with some staining
possible.
Very Fine
Still an attractive
note, but with more pronounced wear from handling, though some crispness
remains. May have several vertical and horizontal folds as well as slight dirt
or smudging visible. No tears on the edges, though the corners aren’t as sharp
as Uncirculated.
Extra Fine
Paper is clean and
bright with original sheen. Light handling is apparent, with several light
folds or one strong crease visible. Tears and stains are not present.
About Uncirculated
A note that at first
glance might appear as Uncirculated, but closer examination discloses the
slightest signs of handling, some minor corner folds, a light (not hard)
crease, a slight finger smudge or some pinholes. Paper is still crisp and
bright and has original sheen.
Crisp Uncirculated
A note that has not been released into circulation and is in the same condition as it was first produced. The paper must be firm and crisp, without any creases, folds or tears, and the corners must be sharp and square
HELLO! EACH EBAY SELLER HAS THEIR OWN UNIQUE TERMS OF SALE, SO PLEASE TAKE JUST A MOMENT TO READ THIS LISTING PAGE. REMEMBER, BY PURCHASING OR PLACING A BID YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS IN ADVANCE. THANK YOU!
GENERAL INFORMATION: I can often combine like items that close on the same day and that are paid for together in one payment through eBay. HOWEVER: Most Magazines ship at 10-14 oz. packaged weight. Combining two magazines will push the package weight over the max. allowed for First Class Mail, so that package will have to ship at the more expensive Priority Mail Rate. There may be little or no saving when combining just two magazines, but combining three or more magazines should be a noticeable savings in shipping cost. To qualify for combined shipping, the items should close on the same day and all items MUST be paid for together in the same payment. Be sure to request a new combined total from seller before remitting payment if you win more than one item.
Combining items for shipping will often, but not always, be less expensive than the sum of the individual shipping costs. Exceptions can include First Class Package items when their combined shipping weight exceeds 15 oz., and they will then have to ship by more expensive Priority Mail service, and packages that are considered over-size by the USPS.
Please note that my hundreds of weekly listed
items come from many different sources. While ours is a smoke, furred and
feathered pet-free home, some items may have come from homes or businesses with
smokers and/or pets. If you are very sensitive to these issues, please contact
me before bidding on an item.
All items are guaranteed to be as described and to arrive in that same condition. However, because I offer many different kinds of items, many in used and/or vintage condition, including vintage photographic, electrical and electronic components and equipment, all items are sold without additional or extended warranty of any kind.
SHIPPING CHARGES & SCHEDULE: Sellers are ONLY allowed to ship items to the
address provided to us by eBay with your payment. Be certain to have the
correct address listed before you remit payment. Please do NOT ask me to ship
to a different address.
The auction winner or purchaser will pay the
shipping charges as shown in the eBay shipping calculator on the listing page.
All items shipped through the USPS now include Package Tracking for your
convenience.
I ship at least twice each week, normally on Wednesday and Friday (subject to change for occasional holidays, vacations, family obligations, etc.). Your payment must be received before 9AM Pacific Time on a shipping day to ship that same day. Because of this twice weekly shipping schedule, I am not normally able to offer rush next day or expedited shipping, but you may certainly ask to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method at additional cost if you need to receive an item quickly.
USPS SHIPPING TIMES: PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CARRIERS HAVE ANOUNCED THAT THEY ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIMES. PLEASE BE EXTRA PATIENT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME FOR BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS, ESCPECIALLY WITH USPS MEDIA MAIL AND FIRST CLASS PACKAGE MAIL, WHICH IS SOMETIMES TAKING FOUR WEEKS OR MORE IN TRANSIT. Please understand that no seller has any control over carrier shipping times, and that the Expected Delivery date provided by eBay is just their estimate based on normal average shipping times. Allow the following shipping times depending upon your distance from CA 92025 and the shipping method for which you selected and/or paid: USPS First Class Package Mail averages 1-5 business days, but can sometimes take up to four weeks. USPS Priority Mail averages 1-3 business-days, but can take up to two weeks. USPS Media Mail averages 3-10 business-days, but can sometimes take over one month. Seasonally, especially during the Holiday Season, the mails can take even longer. Please do not give any seller that ships promptly less than a five-star rating because of slow USPS shipping and delivery times.
PAYMENT & SALES TAX: I accept all of the payment methods offered by eBay Managed Payments. Note that laws now require eBay to collect state sales tax for most states. All sales are considered final.
CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Sorry, due to too many issues, I no longer
ship items internationally.
