For example, 12V/60°C means that the surface of the heating element with a voltage of 12 volts is dry-fired at a constant temperature of about 60°C. When the temperature rises, it is 8 watts. After the heating plate is kept at a constant temperature, the resistance becomes larger, the current becomes smaller, and the power is reduced to about 2 watts. 

Working principle: The internal heating element of the PTC heater is a positive temperature coefficient thermistor, and its resistance value shows a step increase with the increase of the temperature of the PTC thermistor body. The higher the temperature, the greater the resistance value.

Power Selection:

About Power:
1. After the PTC heating element is energized, the power is reduced from small to large and then to small, and finally stabilized. The stable power is directly related to the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation is fast, and the power consumption is also large. Our target is the maximum dissipation power, and the actual power used is less than the maximum dissipation power.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use it in corrosive, flammable and explosive occasions, it is strictly forbidden to put it into water, it is strictly forbidden to knock it, and it is strictly forbidden to open holes.
3. Multiple heating pads with the same voltage can be connected in parallel, and multiple heating pads can be installed side by side. The heating pads cannot be installed overlapping each other, otherwise the heat will be offset.
4. Multiple heating pieces should be used together in parallel. The more heating pieces, the higher the power.
5. The reduction of the power supply voltage will make the heating time longer and the power smaller, but the temperature is basically constant (the temperature drops slightly).

The temperature marked here is the maximum temperature limit of the surface temperature of the heating piece in the state of empty burning, and this temperature does not represent the temperature during use. The operating temperature is controlled by the environment and on-site heat absorption. The surface temperature limit temperature and the operating temperature of the air-burning surface are two completely different temperatures. Please explain this misunderstanding.
