Simply choose the colour of your pen(s) and send us message with
what you want us to engrave on it
along with the font number from the advert pictures.
You are purchasing 1 pen,

If you buy 7 you will get 14, buy 11 and you get 22 etc...
Every pen can have a separate message on it so if you buy 5 pens please provide 10 engraving details

RANDOM COLOUR OPTION:
Choose ‘RANDOM' from the drop-down colour menu and
you can mix and match the colours in any way you wish,
Just send us a message
with the font and text for each pen.
CHARACTER LIMITS:
The maximum amount of characters for each pen is 25 which
includes all characters such as spaces and full stops etc.
The more characters
you add the smaller the writing becomes!
WRITING STYLES:
We have currently 16 font styles available, please let us know which font you
prefer.
If you do not specify then we will have to place the order on hold
until you respond to our message.
How to choose your font (writing style)?

engraved with 'Font 1 - Your Message Here' is a sample of Font no 1, the 'Font
2 - Your Message Here' is font no 2 etc.
IF YOU DON'T SEND A FONT CHOICE AT THE TIME OF ORDER FONT 2 WILL BE SENT BY DEFAULT!
POSTAGE:
We make and ship the pens same day using the method YOU
TO NOTE:
We 'copy-paste' your messages- we do NOT correct any messages- we engrave messages EXACTLY as provided by customer.
We won’t make messages all in capitals as some of the fonts don’t look right all in caps and the letters sometimes clash.
If you sent writing all in caps, we will correct this to how we think it
looks best.
Returns accepted only for faulty products, we can't accept returns for ANY other reason as these items are personalised.
All pens come with blue ink but we sell black refills if you require black, select the colour option "Black REFILL ONLY!"
For the Refill option you will only receive a refill ink and NOT a pen!
Advert pictures are not always to scale and are for example use only!
WE HAVE CCTV FOOTAGE IN OUR DISPATCH AREA SO IT IS OUR POLICY TO INVESTIGATE ALL CLAIMS OF SHORTAGES.
THIS WILL TAKE NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS BUT USUALLY DONE WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR.

Applying Our Stickers
Our stickers are suitable for smooth surfaces such as walls, glass, plastic, and wood. Not suitable for clothing or fiber materials. Walls with a textured surface are not suitable for stickers. Our stickers are not suitable for balloons as there are far too many issues with the application process!
- Clean and dry the surface you are applying the sticker to.
- Peel the sticker from the backing paper (the sticker should remain on the clear application tape) and place it carefully on the surface.
- Use a plastic card to gently smooth out the application tape, and apply pressure with a dry cloth to further secure it.
- Starting from the corner, slowly remove the application tape. If the sticker isn't completely transfering, place the sticker back down and gently press on the back with a dry cloth if needed
