The scarf with eagles up in each corner measures 21" x 21".  It has no tears or stains.  See pictures for some loose threads on the backside of the rolled edge.

The scarf is USA made and has the official "Harley Licensed Product" seal.

The Taz picture is in a cardboard frame with glass.  Some say it is a carnival prize.
