ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To receive the included service offer follow these instructions. After you receive the sim card, contact us by email or ebay message and Include:

1.   1. The sim card number, it's the 20-digit number on the sim card.

2.   2. The phone’s IMEI (15-digits)

3.   3. The area code and zip code

4.   4. The city and state

We will activate the sim card and will send you an email confirmation when the activation has completed.


- Must contact us for activation after the sim card is delivered.
- Sim Card must be activated within 30 days of purchase date
- Buyer MUST verify that AT&T coverage is available in their area and that the phone used is VoLTE compatible and is a AT&T phone or Unlocked GSM phone. Any other phone will not work.
- Absolutely No Returns or Refunds after the SIM Card is Activated
- Refills are available through us or by contacting H2O Wireless directly.
