Rich and smooth, long bodied with a sweet bitter dark chocolate finish.

Medium flavour. Low to medium acidity.

Mandheling is a trade name, used for Arabica coffee from Northern Sumatra. The quality of the picking, preparation & processing of the coffee determines much of the cup character. 

A good choice for stovetop or plunger coffee.
