DELIVERY PROBLEMS
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please keep in mind that once your package is in transit, it is the responsibility of USPS to have the package delivered correctly and in a timely manner. We do not take any part of the actual in transit or delivery process. We are unable to track your package(s) any further than what can be seen by you on your tracking page. USPS delivery vans have a GPS that can occasionally glitch, marking packages as delivered before they actually get delivered. We suggest waiting one extra business day for this to update on their end. If on the details of your delivery, such as the agent who delivered the package and where they left it.
If you are still unable to retrieve the package, you will need to file a claim with USPS. This can be done through the USPS hotline or via the links at the bottom of this email. If your package was shipped via USPS First Class Mail, you will need to file a missing mail search request. Packages shipped via USPS Priority are shipped with insurance and will need a claim filed to process your request. USPS is liable for incorrectly delivered and/or stolen packages.
