THIS CARRIER HAS ADJUSTMENT TO KEEP THE MOTORCYCLE CLOSE TO BACK OF VEHICLE.  Don't overload your hauling vehicle by being limited to the manufacturers excess stickout! Place the bike 1" off the back of the hauling vehicle and have adjustment to move the carrying tray to access your tail or liftgate.  You need high ground clearance of at least 18" from center of hitch to ground to use this carrier.  Others available with a lift kit to achieve the correct height.  Ideal loading height is 18-22"

Motorcycle Carrier/ hitch rack, Class 3,4 or 5  hitch required( 2" square receiver)for up to 700 lb capacity(quite often the hauling vehicle may be the limiting factor) This rack is for the larger and heavier motorcycles up to 86" long (wheel end to end). The tires shouldn't be wider than 150 mm or 6" wide to fit inside the tray.

The dimension on the carrier shown here in all of the photos are: 15-27" (you have your choice of this adjustment range on the carrier) from hitch pin to center of cycle tray.  It is fully adjustable by moving the tray on a slide on the receiver assembly to the other extensions.

THIS CARRIER CANNOT BE USED ON 5TH WHEEL OR TRAVEL TRAILER TYPE VEHICLES, THEY ARE RATED FOR 100-200 LBS TONGUE WEIGHT!!

Typical cycles that will fit on this carrier: bmwr1200, Honda Africa Twin Ducati Multistrada adventure, Yamaha Tenure, Harley Davidson Pan America or Sportster, Ktm duke or Adventure 1100, MV Augusta, and any other dual sport/enduro bike with rear tire widths of 150mm or less.

 Some Motorcycles and particularly the big scooters are inherently slightly weighted toward the rear due to the rear engine mounting.  To offset this weight and not overload the hitch by excess twist(torsion), the mounting position can be adjusted on the carrier by selecting the proper holes.

The carrier comes complete with an 6" wide x 60" long loading ramp that hanges underneath the carrier for a gentle incline. The receiver has the integrated anti-wobble/anti-tilt and a pair of cam lock style tie downs to strap the wheels to the tray.

The carrier consists of a heavy duty welded steel receiver assembly with side supports, main carrier tray measuring 6" wide x 82" long with front wheel chock, 1 vertical stabilizer bars, 2 horizontal sta-bar, and a loading ramp measuring 6" wide x 60" long.  You add 2-4 tie downs. The integrated anti-chock/anti-tilt is guaranteed to work on ANY HITCH.  THIS CARRIER ALSO HAS 4 HEAVY DUTY TIE DOWN POINTS, most of the competition usually offers 2 tie down points with thin bracketry.  The carrier is adjustable on the tray left or right and front to back so can balance the bike and keep it close to the back of the vehicle while providing high ground clearance!

   THE ASSUMPTIONS FOR THESE BIKES TO FIT YOUR HAULING VEHICLE ARE: 1.) Hitch height to ground is 18" or more) The face of the hitch is flush to the end of the bumper of fascia or tucked underneath less than 3.5"(or the furthest protruding surface) +/- 1".  I can help access the impact if other equipment is in the way such as Rear Mounted spare tires and on motorhomes: rear mounted tires.
