Kit consists of the main building frame, 3 roofs, and accessories including bins, relay boxes and scrap wood, which can be included/excluded to your desire. Please note that small burrs may appear on the roofs where the supports have been removed, to ensure a fully flush fit these can be filed down easily.
Thin, clear PETG is recommended for windows.

Models may have slight burrs where supports have been removed, these can easily be removed by sanding. Drainage holes may also be present on the model, which can easily be filled with a model filler of your choice.
It is recommended you prime the item before painting for best results, however most models will accept paint without priming.
