50th anniversary of Elliot-Fairchild flight between Haileybury and Rouyn. This is the Rouyn - Haileybury return leg.

These flight anniversary covers were produced over a 15 year period starting in 1968. Most were produced by R.K. Malott. Some of the issues were flown and some were not; they are listed in Chapter 11 of the new AAMC Catalogue (recommended - you can get it through the APS).
