Soviet Russian Navy Officers Cap Hat w/ Badge & Naval Belt w/ Buckle USSR

Hat shows lots of dirt / stains / spots / marks over white and scuffs on brim and the belt shows scuffs over buckle and belt. Hat is a size 57 = Approx a US Size 7 1/8. The belt will fit a max waist of 38".
