Antique Chinese Republic Era Large Vase Hand-painted 18.1/2” H. Signed, MB538

Lovely Chinese large antique porcelain vase (18.5” Height) from the Republic period (1912-1949) with very elaborate and very fine hand-painting, depicting a mountain landscape and a large monastery with many subjects, a seaport/river with subjects waiting to be transported and/or welcoming the arriving guests on the boat, houses up on the mountain, and a bridge connecting the monastery to the ocean/river. The colors are vivid with rich ink of light and dark green, blue, red, brown, gold, black, and red. The condition is very good, a minor Gilding wear on the upper opening (pls. see photos).  The Vase measures 18.1/2" in height and the diameter 8.0". It is heavy at 7.5 lbs. This vase is signed on the side as well as the bottom.
