This listing is for a timeless, simple 14 karat gold ladies ring featuring an oval rhodolite garnet. Garnet is not really a kind of gemstone, but rather a family of related gemstone species. Rhodolite is a lovely purplish variety of mixed almandite and pyrope garnet species. This gemstone measures 8.1 x 6.2 mm and weighs 2.05 carats. It exhibits a very pleasing, deep raspberry-lilac color, is eye clean in clarity, and it is well cut.
The rhodolite is 100% genuine, natural, untreated, and unenhanced. Garnet is the birthstone for January and rhodolite has also occasionally been suggested as a genuine gem alternative birthstone for June; but this ring is a joy to own and wear regardless of your birth month!
