How to Install
For Best Results
Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee
- Rinse / Soap your Tail Light Break Light to get rid of debris prior to application
- Open your hood for an easier install if needed.
- Peel off Amber delete Overlay.
- Align the corner of the amber delete to the corner of the headlight that meets the fender.
- Adjust as needed depending on how you lay it down. It should follow the headlight top of curve before it rounds off into the hood compartment.
- Make sure you have a padded card or soft glove to put on your fingers to begin applying the overlay on the light. If not, your fingers will work
- If using your fingers, start from the left to right on Driver's Side and Vice Versa for the Passenger side. Make your way towards the middle of the bumper or vice versa. Swipe left and right gradually to reduce bubbles.
- Start from the top portion of the Amber delete and lay that down first then work your way towards the bottom end of Amber delete. MAKE SURE you leave air channels for the air to escape. However, since it has Nano-air release technology, it is easy to push out air.
- If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion, especially on corners of the amber delete as you want full adhesion.
- If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it towards the closest edge
- If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles.
- For Best application, use water underneath and squeegee out the water once desired placement is met
- Do not forget to post heat vinyl to increase tackiness and from lifting.
