  Herkimer Diamond Properties
Herkimer Quartz "Diamonds" are the high energy seekers of the crystal world. There are several locations where Herkimer diamonds are found. Herkimer, New York is one place. Tibet is another. The herkimers found in Tibet are larger than  New York herkimers, in this case twice as big. They often have cloud inclusions. Most of these do not have cloud inclusions, but you may be lucky and get one.
Their energy is amazing, whether that is from the sacred location they come from or just the pure energy of the stone, I'm not sure. They manifest pure, solid Light and are powerful amplifiers of spiritual energy. As perfect conduits of the universal Life Force, they are exceptional healing crystals, and are used in meditations, dream and vision work, and advanced spiritualization applications.

Herkimer Diamonds are the most powerful of all Quartz crystals. Being doubly terminated, they have the ability to not only transmit their own energies, but to receive spiritual energy and to amplify and focus it intently. They are reported to be harder than all other Quartz, giving them the strength and durability to handle difficult challenges beyond the scope of other Quartz crystals. What they lack in physical size, they more than make up for in spirit energy.

These crystals have powerful metaphysical properties and are strong stones to aid astral travel... as they help to connect the astral plane to the physical plane. They are beautiful and powerful high vibration crystals, that boost clairvoyant and clairaudient abilities, and they act as powerful amplifiers when you are using them with a small stone.
