Delivery

We ship the vast majority of orders on the day of purchase but for obvious reasons this will not always be possible dependent on the part and the time of purchase. Items shipped to Mainland UK addresses will be shipped via FedEx UK on a next day service (some remote locations might only be available on a 2 day service) . We can arrange pre 12 and pre 10 delivery on request at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange this if required.

Items that weigh over 25kg we may have to send on a pallet and the price of this can change depending on what zone you delivery address is so we may contact you for additional payment for shipping.

We can also offer SAMEDAY delivery services on request. Just send us a message with the delivery postcode and we'll give you a price and delivery estimate.

Northern Ireland will usually be shipped via UPS. We can ship most parts to Northern Ireland without any additional charge to you but some large and/or heavy items may incur an extra fee. We will contact you if this is the case. Usually applies to large printers that require shipping on a pallet

Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may incur additional fees dependent on the size and weight of the part. Please check prior to ordering.

All parts will be professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We will combine the shipping cost on all orders placed together (excluding pallets) so you will only pay one shipping cost per order, assuming of course that the parts are going to the same address.

We are happy to ship outside the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event there is a fault you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged goods. This is simply so we can make a claim with our courier should the damage have been caused in transit. Any other faults are covered for the course of the stated warranty period. Should you be unhappy with any part or service we provide please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case. We'll respond quickly and you'll still have the option to do either if you're not happy with our resolution. We comply with distance selling regulations so you are free to return unwanted goods for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned at the buyers expense and we will refund the full cost of the part but not the shipping. Items such as printers with free shipping will have our shipping cost removed from the refund, normally £10 + VAT. Unwanted Refurbished or Used items must be returned unused and in the condition they arrived in. New items must be returned unopened and unmarked so we can restock and resell. Please do not write directly on new boxes or remove labels or stickers, we'll do that for you when it comes back in. In all cases you must contact us prior to returning a part so we can issue you with a return reference number and provide you with the return address. In the case of faulty items, if after testing the goods turn out to be in good working order or the fault is the result of customer misuse or mistreatment then the return is liable to be rejected. We will always contact you first to resolve the issue in such instances though. All items have an RTB (Return to Base) warranty which means in all cases the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty we will credit you for the cost of the return shipping so please keep a receipt. We'll be happy to answer any other queries you have regarding returns that may not be answered above. We look at everything on a case by case basis so if something above does not seem appropriate to a particular part you've bought or are looking at we'll be happy to discuss it.
