Although microwave safe, please use care and DO NOT leave unattended or heat for more than 2 minutes at a time. If heating an item for a longer time, simply move your bowl to the cozy after heating. Care is simple. A quick rinse in the sink for small spills will do the trick, or toss in the wash on gentle cold as needed. Although they can be machine dried, I recommend reshaping, and air drying upside down over your favorite bowl to avoid shrinkage. DO NOT put microwave cozy in microwave with a empty bowl. always use microwave safe containers.
