Here we have a used Hermle Westminster Chime Clock Movement  351-031A for parts or repair.  It is not real dirty but should be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use.  The bushings look good and are bronze.  It has power to all three trains. It is for a wall clock with a 34 cm pendulum drop.   It comes with pendulum, hand nut, leader and suspension spring.  It is stamped 81 Ansonia Clock Co. 351-031A 34 cm.  The plates measures about 4-3/4" by 4-11/16".  The distance between plates is about 1-1/4". The center to center distance between the outside winding arbors is about 3-11/16". The center to center distance from each outside winding arbor to the hand arbor is about 1-7/8". Please see pictures.  Movement is sold as-is.
