At Thrifty-N-Nifty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please give us the opportunity to make it right. We are committed to working with you to troubleshoot the problem, negotiate a partial refund, or arrange a replacement for any items damaged during shipping. If the issue cannot be resolved, we gladly accept 30-day free returns.

Eligible Returns:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• New Items: Must be returned unopened, in their original factory sealing/tape, or with all tags attached, as applicable.
• Used Items: Must be returned in a similar condition to when sold, with matching serial/model numbers where applicable.

Free Returns are Available for the Following Reasons:

• Doesn't work or defective
• Doesn't match description or photos
• Wrong item sent
• Missing parts or pieces
• Arrived damaged

Free Returns are NOT Available for the Following Reasons:

If a return is initiated for any of the reasons below, the delivery shipping cost (even if the item was listed with ?free shipping?) and the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund:

• Doesn't fit
• Changed my mind
• Found a better price
• Just didn't like it
• Ordered by mistake
• Doesn't seem authentic (Note: If you can provide sufficient evidence or argument that the item is indeed inauthentic, we WILL provide free returns. This must be based on more than a hunch or feeling.)
