This is a Loco Roco promo that was released to promote the game on the PSP! These came in six colors, like the characters in the game. These are now marketed as keychains but they were original released as phone danglers, designed to fit into a little tab on phones of the era!

This is the complete set of all 6, brand new in original promo packaging!

These have a thin cord on them and will not hold up on a keychain.
