(Please read them carefully before you purchase items!!!)
1) Immediate Payment Required (If payment is not received within 24 hrs of buying, the item will be re-listed).
2) To protect both parties from fraudulent transactions, the item will be shipped to the address indicated on the eBay and/or Paypal transaction details. This rule will be strictly followed. No exception.
3) Please keep in mind that Zara's sizes vary slightly from Zara size charts. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully researching the sizes prior to purchasing. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. Your purchase signifies that you agree on the size of the item you buy (as indicated on the label). We do NOT accept returns and/or exchange due to the item's size does not fit you correctly.
4) We cannot be responsible for any defects either from the manufacturing process, or from the design process. ALL items were received directly from ZARA, brand new and unused.
5) Please understand that once the item is dropped off with the shipping carrier, the delivery process (e.g., delays, lost package, etc) is beyond our control. Please understand that the delivery date provided by eBay is an estimate. It may get delayed because of the shipping carrier or custom clearance process. Also, the buyer is responsible for reshipping charge, if the item is returned with refused, insufficient or undeliverable address.
6) Please keep in mind: The seller is not responsible for any minor cosmetic imperfections. All our items are authentic Zara products NWT. Despite our best efforts to carefully inspect and pack the items for shipping, we kindly advise that you think twice prior to ordering, especially if you are a perfectionist. Also, due to the characteristics of the materials and/or designs, it is normal to see slight variations or irregularities in the colors/ grain/texture/pattern positions/threading of the leather/fabric. Such conditions should not be considered defective.
7) Please understand the possible slight color difference between the pictures and the actual item. Such slight color difference may be due to the differences in lighting and/or computer displays.
8) Please understand that it is normal for brand new clothing to have some wrinkles. Some wrinkles cannot be avoided due to the folding for the shipping.
9) To be fair to EBAY’s current auctions and buy-it-now listings for ZARA items, we might cut off the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) off the tag, or remove the entire price tag altogether. Nevertheless, all the other tags will be left attached to the item.
10) Please contact us before leaving any neutral or negative feedback. Our goal is to earn 5 star rating. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will do my best to solve any issue with our policy to make sure you are satisfied.
11) Due to our high sales volume, we may not answer questions regarding measurements, may not respond to questions that are subjective, and not answer requests for taking additional photos of the item. It is the buyer's decision to purchase or not purchase.
12) For fast fashion brands such as ZARA, Forever 21, H&M etc... They are not premium designer brands so small imperfections are considered normal. Please only purchase if you can accept that.

1) International buyers should be responsible for customs fees and experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays depend on the destination country.
2) Buyers pay all import charges (including tax and customs fees) if there is any. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

6) In case you don’t come to your local Post Office to pick up the package and it’s sent back to us, we will only refund a half of the item’s price (without shipping cost you paid). This is to compensate the Opportunity cost, Paypal fee, insurance and shipping fee. So please think seriously before you purchase!
