Good quality brass. Etched dragons.
Hand-made. Very cute !

Great condition. Some are still shining like new.
About 3 inches in diameter.
Marked (etched) at the bottom both:
"China"
and
"Made in China"
---> so it may be made during early 1910's. "Made in China" was added to comply with new U.S. law at the time.
