Marked "BL" on both lenses near the hinge.  The bridge reads ' B&L RAY-BAN USA'.  Left temple marked 'BAUSCH & LOMB RAY-BAN USA' and Right temple reads ' W 1265'. Please see photos.

Measurement across the face is about 139 mm; Top to bottom of the lens is about 39 mm.
