Offered for sale is this nice Prexy cover mailed in 1941 from Frank Proferl, Treasurer of the County to a man in Nickerson, Minnesota.  The cover is franked with a 3c Jefferson Prexy coil with Pine City machine cancel.  At left the stamp has the stamp has part of the ink from a coil line paid and at bottom has a thin purple sliver from the stamp cut below it.  This will make a nice item for a collection of Prexy postal history.
