-has a patina characteristic of a badge that is perhaps from the 1980’s or 1990’s

-Scouts has used a variety of different designs of the THANKS BADGE over the years, the early versions featured the fleur des lis over the good luck symbol (a swastika), these badges were also produced in a variety of materials including 9K gold and sterling silver, in addition this badge was produced as a pendant    

-I believe that similar Honours, Awards, Medals & Decorations of the Boy Scout movement were used for many years in a variety of commonwealth countries and territories including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand but if anyone knows for sure please let us know
