Description
1. The circuit has a constant resistance, and the fan will turn at low speed when it is powered on. When the temperature control probe detects that the temperature is higher than the preset value, the circuit will control the fan speed to accelerate until the temperature is constant. If the temperature continues to rise, the fan will continue to accelerate to close to full power;
2. Applicable occasions: various industrial control power supplies and equipment, power amplifiers, computers, etc;
3. Be sure to select fans with current consumption less than 200mA to reduce the heat output of the control panel.
4. The length of the temperature probe wire is about 10cm. Unless you buy the finished product, you need to weld the picture by yourself. It is only for example. When the probe is working, please apply the heat sink (prepared by yourself), and press the heat sink tightly to accurately control the temperature.
Instructions
1. After the assembly of other parts except the temperature probe, carefully check whether there is reverse welding and dislocation, and whether there is tin on the back;
2. After connecting to DC 12V, the fan should be able to rotate at low speed, please note that the positive and negative poles should be correct, and then the tweezers should short circuit the probe interface, and the fan can rotate at full speed;
3. Install the temperature control probe, manually raise the measured heating temperature to the maximum, adjust the precision fine tuning potentiometer, and let the fan rotate at full speed, that is, the commissioning is completed. If necessary, use a multimeter to monitor the output voltage to improve the accuracy.
