If you are purchasing a Personalised Product - Personalising your order is simple.
At checkout - use the "MESSAGE TO SELLER" link to send us the details required for your purchase. This will come through attached to your order, if you can do it during checkout it helps us dispatch your order quickly.

Alternatively you can "MESSAGE US" on eBay after you have made the purchase.
For Photo products - please "MESSAGE US" and attach your photo.
We will not send out any items unpersonalised. If we do not receive a message from you at time of purchase, then we will contact you.
If we do not hear from you within 3 working days we will cancel and refund your order.
Due to the high number of emails we do not respond to each message to confirm we have received it. If we have the information we need to complete your order, we will simply dispatch it or be in touch if we need anything more.
