Crankshaft Damper & Vee Belt Pulley Kit

This kit will bolt directly onto any 4.2L/3.8L Jaguar XK engine

The ATI Super Damper is far superior to the items Jaguar designed in the 60's for these engines. With advances in technology the harmonic vibrations generated within an engine are now more understood and can therefore be minimised by these dampers.

The harmonic damper is an essential part required for producing a smooth well balanced           engine - one damper does not fit all!

ATI products have developed their dampers on engine dynos to match each particular application.

The ATI damper is used extensively in Historic racing.

Whenever we spec an XK engine build we always use these dampers because from experience we know how good they are.

The outer shell of the damper is anodised aluminium.

It features degree marks around the entire circumference of the shell making cam & ignition timing more straight forward

The damper hub is blackened steel and is a close tolerance fit onto the nose of the crankshaft

The hub allows you to use the existing crankshaft centre bolt

 The pulley is machined from 6082 Aluminium.

It is black anodised for corrosion protection.

All bolts required to fit the damper and pulley to the hub are included

The 3 pulley bolts are 3/8 UNC with a 12 point head (normal 3/8" socket)

The countersunk bolts that secure the damper to the hub are 5/16 UNC and require a

40 Torx plus socket
