Arabica Brazil Santos freshly roasted. Brazil Santos is one of the most popular varieties of coffee in the world. This variety got its name from the port of Santos. Santos has a light nutty flavor. With proper roasting, this variety is ideal for making coffee every day. The drink is balanced without excessive acidity, soft and delicate. Also, this variety is well suited for making coffee mixes.

The unique climate of Brazil allows the beans to ripen at about the same time, and this makes the harvesting process much easier, since it becomes possible to collect coffee berries with the help of mechanical stripping (special coffee harvesters) and at the same time not lose quality. It is this fact that explains the rather low price of this coffee compared to hand-harvested varieties.
