Returns -
will be accepted upon approval but return shipping/Insurance will be paid by
the buyer. A restocking Fee of 15% is applied if a purchase is cancelled. On
certain items, insurance will be either recommended or required.
Shipping - I
do combine shipping on same service only for multiple purchases - just add to
cart and request invoice. If You select USPS Ground Advantage, the system
is NOT combining shipping cost in order to lower cost. If you buy from multiple
Auctions. I do refund any overage on the USPS Ground Advantage cost.
Sales Tax -
unfortunately, eBay will be applying New York State Sale
tax for buyers within New York State.

Round cardboard container, approx. 1” in diameter, ½” high, from Germany Circa late 1950s.
Top is red with cream colored label printed in blue that reads “Raucherschnee patentierte neuheit (translation: (smoking snow patented novelty) surrounding a blue diamond shaped logo with the letters “epyfag”.
Bottom is brown cardboard with cream colored label printed in green with the words: Gebrauchs-Anweisung: Man lege 1 pille auf d. Gluhend. Zigarre od. Zigarette, worauf sic ein grosser Schneefall entwickelt. Wahrend der Funktion nicht rauchen. Made in Germany.
