The asset item for sale in this listing are three balls of yarn used in the production of the film, City of Ember. Lina Mayfleet's Granny runs Ember's Yarn Shop and is filled with yarn everywhere! This listing for three of the balls of yarn used in her shop.

Acquired in a movie memorabilia assets buyout from one of the employees who works for Profiles in History who purchased them directly from the company. Prior to PIH's ownership of the assets, they were stored and managed by a company called Hollywood Parts. Both of these companies are very well-known and reputable in the business. I work for a performing theatre organization who acquired these assets and I am selling some of the acquired assets in order to purchase other things for the ongoing work of the theatre.

This prop comes with a beautifully designed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity from the movie memorabilia assets management department of the Logos Theatre. An additional letter of authenticity can be included detailing how the theatre acquired a majority of their assets, which included these pieces. Please request if desired. Not included otherwise. (black stand seen displaying the COA not included).

If you have any questions about this item specifically feel free to inquire.
Please do not inquire about what else we have from other movies. We are a very busy theatrical operation and don't have time to process a lot of inquiries. We list items as we have time and need for funds. Feel free to bookmark our account and follow. Thank you!

SELLER POLICIES: VERY IMPORTANT READ!

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR EXCHANGES MADE. We do our very best to describe and list our items to the best of our ability. Make sure that if you have any questions that you have asked all your questions prior to purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase once you have received it. We will only accept a return of our merchandise for a refund should there have been a mistake made on our part with the information listed in the sales description.

SHIPPING

Unless it can be proven with submitted photos that our packaging was insufficient and thus the cause of damage to the contents for which we will gladly issue a refund upon return of the damaged goods, any damage that may be caused by shipping needs to be filed with the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for how they handle your order.

CONDITION

All our items have been well used in various movies therefore their condition is “used.” ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Many of our items have been fought with and intentionally distressed and dirtied to achieve the desired look or purpose during the filming of the movie. Some have broken bits or cracks or pealing paint due to both intentional and unintentional filming actions. Costumes will often have sweat stains, dirty spots, and fabric wear due to performing often long hours in the costume. Many of our items have also survived years of being transported all over the world and being stored in less than ideal conditions and thus have also sustained condition issues from all this. Movie used props and costumes are not supposed to look clean and pristine. If you are looking for that, buy a replica. If you want the real deal, battle used and actor action worn and that show the signs of it, then you have come to the right place!

In many cases we have more than one of an item and thus the CONDITION WILL VARY and will likely be different than the one pictured. You need to be ok with this. Should you want to see the condition of the exact item you will receive we are more than happy to send you photos, but this must be requested prior to purchase.
