Important Information (please read)

SHIPPING:  We ship all items as soon as the item has been paid for.  We will typically be able to  ship your item the same day you purchase it, however please allow up to 2  business days for us to ship your item. We will ship any book with the  USPS Media Mail, all other packages will be sent Economy or First Class Mail.

PACKAGING: We believe in recycling so sometimes you may receive some  interesting boxes or envelopes.  Please know that we take pride in  packaging your item carefully and will strive to make sure it arrives safe and  secure. All of our items come from a pet and smoke free environment. 

RETURNS:  We do NOT accept returns. We are not a store. We are simply selling our own items in  order to earn money for our family. We show as  many pictures as possible and are always available to answer questions. We have 100% rating due to our commitment and our transparency.
