We accept payments through the eBay checkout system only. This allows our customers several ways to pay, including by credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. Please refer to eBay if you have any payment transaction issues.

NOTE: If you are not logged in or haven't entered your postcode the freight may show as free, please ensure your delivery postcode is entered to see any applicable freight cost.

Sometimes our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Click and Collect addresses, so a street address will be required.

Also, we are unable to ship some items to the following locations: Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Island, Australian Antarctic Territory.

An additional return charge, which is the same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to a delivery failure caused by a customer error.

Cancel a purchase: If you want to cancel your order, please do it within the eBay order details instead of sending us a message. Because your message may be missed. If the item has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. If you want to recall an order, additional fees may apply.

YouBuy Online aims to despatch all orders in a timely manner and our delivery partners are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Currently, processing times are up to 2-4 business days for despatch and potentially a delivery time frame of 6-10 business days or more subject to the delivery location. Delays can sometimes be experienced and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please look online at the respective couriers' sites using the given tracking information once obtained. This will be put into eBay once the item is shipped.

Bulky items are delivered in multiple boxes and all boxes leave the warehouse at the same time but the courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have been delivered and the remaining are missing, please wait for a few days for the balance to be delivered.

Any longer delivery delays should be reported by you to us within 30 working days from the date of dispatch. These delivery delays will be investigated by our courier partner, which can take up to two working days. If we receive no update within two working days of notifying the partner, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws.

Bulky Item Shipping Cost:Free shipping is for capital city CBD areas only, excluding Perth, NT and ACT. If your postcode is in the regional/remote area, you can still place the order and our support team will contact you for the payment of the delivery cost which is determined by the size of the product and the delivery location. Shipping Costs:
The free postage orthe shipping fee that is shown on eBay is calculated automatically, we cannot be 100% accurate, it is for reference only. Some items may incur additional freight not calculated at checkout, due to being Bulky or having Delivery to a remote location. On such occasions that additional freight will be required, we will contact you to discuss your order and any extra costs that may incur. Please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing, for confirmed freight pricing if unsure.

YouBuy Online uses various Freight Carriers to ship your order these are chosen at the discretion of our warehouse depending on the size of the item and delivery location. Tracking information will be added to eBay upon shipment. This will allow you to track your shipment via the respective couriers' websites.

Time specifics:
All deliveries are made between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday by YouBuy Online selected couriers.

Note some of our items require assembly once you receive them. This is not a service we offer.

Please be aware of the following conditions regarding returns and possible refunds:

Our Customer Service team needs to approve all returns.

Important - When you receive the parcel, please check whether the package is intact, and open the package to check whether you received the correct, complete and functioning product.

Assembly - Please read the instructions carefully. Be sure you have ALL parts before you begin to assemble the item(s). If you are missing parts or something is damaged contact us immediately with photos for assistance and RETAIN ALL PACKAGING.

If there is an issuethe Customer needs to make contact with our customer service team within 10 days of goods being received.

PLEASE DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WON'T BE RETURNING YOUR ORDER

We generally need 5 business days to process your refund and replacement application. After we approve your application, you need to return the item to us. The refund/replacement usually takes up to 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise and will notify you as soon as it is done.

Please note: - If the product is misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed, no refunds or replacements will be made. It is your responsibility to comply with the manufacturer's instructions and advice.

Faulty Item Claims

Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to a detailed description of the problem, we ask that you provide us with some images (or a short video clip) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process. Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item or replacement parts as required.

Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval also we kindly advise that eBay cases do slow down the return process.

Also, if a faulty item needs to be returned it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is appropriately packaged for return to prevent damage. The cost of this packaging is not recoverable. It's best to keep the original packaging for all returns.

Change Of Mind Purchase:

Please read the item description carefully before you place an order or contact us with any questions that you might have as we charge a restocking fee on most items please see below for costs. We only consider a change of mind refund request if this is made within 14 days after the item is delivered to the customer. You must notify us of a change of mind refund request within these 14 days. If this does not occur, the change of mind refund request could be rejected. We also need to verify the item is in its original condition, with the original packaging.

To verify this we will request images showing the item is unopened and in a re-sellable state, with all parts included as supplied by us ie. the item MUST be unused and be contained in the original packaging.

Upon approval from our customer service team of the return, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the safe return of the item to us at the address provided by our team. The return freight cost is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. However, if you need assistance please contact us prior to sending the goods back to confirm the cost of return for our courier booking service. This cost will be deducted from the refund. For items sold as FREE shipping, freight in BOTH directions may be applicable. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage, this cost is non-refundable.

Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping).

Not As Advertised/Described Return:

We need to verify the issue and will ask for images showing the product received and the SKU code on the packaging to verify the claim. The item MUST be unused and be contained in the original packaging.

Please be aware that your refund will be processed upon confirmation we have received the goods back in their original condition. A refund or replacement will NOT be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed.

If the customer sends the item back without approval, no refund will be given.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the purchase date please check the return requirements above.

* All of our products support eBay's 30-day money-back policy but we do require buyers to pay all shipping costs for change of mind purchase.

The following terms and conditions apply for eBay's 30-day money-back:

- "Money back" is only defined as the value of the product, not including the postage fee that has occurred. We will charge the higher of the following two options: A.the actual shipping and return postage, or B. 15% of the selling price (including freight), as a Restocking cost.
- Original packaging or product label is damaged or missing, does not apply to the 30 days money back policy.
- You should also restore the original packaging of the item when returning the item and return it to us with all the items on the packing list. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement.

All approved refunds will be given as refunds through the eBay payment system, this is subject to us receiving the goods back in their original condition.

Warranty:

Our items come with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.

Some electronic products have a 3-months warranty.

The specified warranty period commences on the date the product is delivered to your nominated delivery address. Where no proof of delivery is available, the specified warranty period commences upon receipt of the goods by you or 3 days from the date the goods are dispatched to you.

* The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty:
- Users have sufficient evidence of product quality issues, such as pictures or video. The normal wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty.

The following are also not covered under the warranty:

- The goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;
- Where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse, physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, forces of nature and extreme weather conditions, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions or introduction by an insect, pest or other foreign body.

* All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with:

- 1. Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty.
- 2. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable.
- 3. Your eBay user id. and any other proof of purchase.
- 4. Any other details we may need to process your claim.
