If you are considering buying one of those cardboard flip encased coins with a "Grade" written on it, don't. There is absolutely, positively no guarantee of that grade. The only way to guarantee a grade on a coin is if it is slabbed and graded by a universally recognized grading company such as PCGS. The slab is the "COA", certificate of authenticity. The slab with encased COA is a $22.00 value in itself.
