How To Use

Komodo's Acupressure Mat and Pillow work by applying pressure to various points on the body. Simply set the mat down (with or without the pillow) on the floor, bed or sofa and slowly lower yourself onto it. We recommend using skin contact on the mat but beginners will benefit from wearing a light t-shirt until your body gets used to the spikes. Lie on the mat between 15-40 minutes, several times a week, for maximum benefit. If using the pillow, position this in the neck crevice behind your head and allow your shoulder blades to drop back to the mat. The pillow and mat combination works best for sleep and back pain.

The accompanying spike ball can be rolled along the body and muscles with minimal force to massage aches and pains.

Requesting Specific Product Designs/Colours

Requests for a specific colour/design will be met at the discretion of the warehouse and subject to stock availability. If no colour/design specified 1 will be picked at random from those pictured. If there is no drop down list please add a note to seller at the checkout if you would prefer a certain design/colour.

Payment

Goods will not be dispatched or stock reserved until payment is received. To ensure the availability of stock please pay as soon as possible, as all items are listed on other sites and may otherwise go out out stock before payment is received.

Delivery

We currently only despatch to UK Mainland addresses directly. All international orders will be processed through the Global Shipping Program. Orders will be despatched with a selection of couriers available to us including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, UPS and Parcelforce. We will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

We will only accept returns on two conditions: Firstly, if the product arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours or secondly, if we’ve sent the wrong item.

If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact us via email in the first instance. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 2 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged.
