Schneider Designa Ballpoint – For sale is a new old stock Schneider Designa ballpoint with a metallic silver colored plastic barrel in a cigar shape.  The metal clip and end section are high polished chrome plated.  The metal spring loaded clip advances the ballpoint by pressing downward.  The center section of the barrel has the words “Schneider” and “Germany” imprinted on it.  The Designa Comes with a Schneider Express 735 medium point ballpoint refill with blue ink.  The Express 735 ballpoint is a Parker type.  The pen is sold with its original packaging.   

The Schneider pen company has a long history of innovation in the writing instrument industry dating back to its founding in 1938.  The company is headquartered in Tennenbronn in the Black Forest of southern Germany.
